• HR Document Management- Post a wide range of HR documents on the StickyAgency™ website. Create different categories for employees to access Health Benefits, 401k, Payroll, Life/Disability, and other resources employees would find beneficial. Eliminates the need to print and distribute HR forms and costly company manuals.

System Requirements • 28.8 Internet Connection (due to large file size downloads, a high speed connection is recommended.) • IE 4+, N4+, Mozilla, and Opera 6.01+ • Java 1.3.1_02 (JRE Plug-in provided.) • Best viewed at 800x600 screen resolution.

• Agency Branded Homepage- StickyAgency™ is branded with your company’s logo and mission statement. StickyAgency™ is efficiently designed to allow employees to view company information in categories, and download information directly from the homepage without having to click through numerous pages to find information. You may also post a picture on the homepage, perhaps your company headquarters.

• Company News & Events- Two prominent areas on the homepage can be used to serve as company news and events bulletin board and links to other useful information.

• Benefit Plan Overview- Categories are easily created or edited (Health, Dental, and Life etc.) by the administrator directly on the homepage. Employees can access an overview of the plans and make comparisons; view frequently asked questions, and download relevant forms. This employee self-service takes HR out of the middle of the process. Employees can send event information (marriage, birth, etc) directly to HR.

• Careers- Keep your employees informed about new job opportunities in the company. Post career opportunities or training seminars on StickyAgency™.

• Secure- Our 128 bit encrypted network ensures information integrity. Employees have unique usernames and passwords. HR administrators can quickly add or remove employee logins.
